This is not for a complete cover, it is ONLY the outer vinyl.  You just have to unzip the old vinyl from your current cover and then remove the styrofoam inserts and then insert them into the new vinyl.  The new vinyl will fit very tight so it is recommended to either do indoors during the winter or if done outisde to let the sun heat up the vinyl first so that it can stretch.
